The smart bluetooth bulb connects over bluetooth to your smartphone via Smart Life app.  Since connection is over bluetooth, which is a short range wireless technology, the bulb can be controlled by smartphone over short distances in contradisctinction to the wifi smart bulb which works over wifi and can be controlled from anywhere on the globe with internet connectivity.  You can control the following functions:
1. On/Off
2. Timer - to schedule On/Off times
3. Color - adjust color of light (16 million colors)
4. Dim - light is dimmable via the app
5. Warmth - adjust light warmth from warm to cool
